Andre Vargas, Head of Data, Creative Artist Agency
André Vargas is Head of the data department at leading entertainment and sports agency CAA. In that role, André is responsible for the overall vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple data teams, including data engineering, data science, data analytics, data management and data insights.
André has more than 22 years of experience with Complex Program Delivery and Analytics. Prior to joining CAA in 2011, André worked in management consulting, at PA Consulting Group, where he was the head of Business Intelligence & Analytics services for North America. His team’s focus was around the delivery of large complex technology programs and implementing Business Intelligence and Analytics for companies in Europe and the US for a diverse range of industries including healthcare, telecommunications, utilities and media & entertainment.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
